If Logo Design Shop is not working, it means that either a program file is corrupted, or your computer is not compatible with the software. In order to fix the issue, I suggest you to upgrade the software to the latest version. Navigate to the official web page, click the Download It Free button below Logo Design Shop, save the file to your computer and launch it. After that, fill in up the provided fields, check the I received the email and confirmed my email address box after your received the email and click Finish. Next, click the Open PDF Manual button to check the official user guide and then Install Logo Design Shop. After the process is finished, launch the software using Administrator rights and use the user manual to create logos.
